Yes, when we do not have equivalent quality in Alternatives parts.
Is offering Alternative parts at the expense of quality and reliability?
We only offer Alternative parts whose quality is at least equivalent to the original quality if not more (LANDA Long Life Label parts). To ensure this, we source from first-class suppliers on most agricultural harvesting machines.
Since 1983, LANDA is committed to deliver only reliable and quality parts.
If I choose Alternatives parts, is it the same price as an original part?
No, adapted parts means adapted prices all year round. This allows you to save up to 30%.
If I am interested in your products, how can I get a quote quickly?
You have several means at your disposal:
- Send us a “Quote Request” via our website: You can access from any page of our site to a Quote Request form to detail your request. You will then be called back by one of our sales representatives to discuss more about your needs.
- Contact us directly by phone or by mail: To find the coordinates of the Agency attached to your country, you can go check our Map to find us in France and abroad.
I’m out of stock of one of my best-seller and I have a huge customer demand, can you deliver me quickly?
Becoming a LANDA partner means you will be able to choose from more than 1,000,000 parts in stock available throughout the year from our 3 logistics sites in France. Whether in just-in-time or for stock forecasting, we have the ability to deliver to you around the world with flexibility.
What features can I find in my personal space?
You have the option to create a Customer Account, allowing you to fill in your details which will be taken automatically during your next Quotation Request or Messages. You will also find on this space the details of Quotes and Messages requests that you will make from our site and the possibility of modifying your details if necessary. This information will be used to best handle your request.
I previously had a personal space on landa.fr, can I use my login on this new site?
We have migrated your Customer Account to the new website with the same password as the old site. This space contains your contact information, which will be filled automatically during your Quotation Request or Messages. We invite you to check them to verify their accuracy and to inform us of any changes.
What about the LANDA merchant site, to order directly outside opening hours?
This showcase site is only the first step of our project to offer you a merchant site that will be connected to our system. This project will be launched in the course of 2020 and you will be able to find all the features you need and much more: order placed directly on the site, customer area with complete machine park, consultation of detailed catalogs of parts …
