LANDA is evolving! To continue offering optimal customer service and improved working conditions, the North-East agency in Cormontreuil is relocating to Caurel from January 5, 2025.

The Caurel project: a new step for the North-East agency

This relocation is part of a broader development plan to support the growth of the North-East agency. The new site in Caurel has been designed to meet logistical, operational and environmental needs.

The project was developed with a focus on sustainability and space optimization, ensuring a more functional and modern facility.

• March 2025: Storage structure installation (March 24)
• April 2025: Office structure and roofing
• June 2025: Concrete slab (June 2)
• November 2025: Warehouse relocation (November 2–19)
• December 2025: Office relocation (December 29–31)
