How do I return an agricultural part ordered from LANDA?

We do our utmost to ensure that every agricultural spare part perfectly meets your needs. However, it can happen that a product is not suitable. This page explains clearly and simply how to make a return, whether for an OEM part, an equipment manufacturer part or a LANDA alternative part. The returns service is open to farmers, ETA, CUMA, businesses and dealers. 

General return conditions for your parts

To return a part, it must meet the following criteria:

Accepted return conditions

  • The part has not been used, fitted or installed. 
  • It is in its original packaging, clean and intact. 
  • It has not suffered any damage (storage, handling…). 
  • It was not a special order (see exceptions below). 
  • The return request was made within a reasonable time after receipt. 

Non-returnable products

Certain parts cannot be returned: 

  • Special or made-to-measure parts ordered on request, 
  • Parts ordered specifically for an urgent need
  • Parts whose original packaging is unusable

If in doubt, contact your LANDA branch before making your return. 

How do I submit a return request for parts purchased from LANDA?

To ensure fast processing, contact the LANDA branch that covers your area.
Our advisors will check: 

  • The part reference, 
  • The order number, 
  • The condition and packaging of the product, 
  • Your purchasing method (web, branch, sales rep).

Find your branch

To speed up processing, please prepare: 

  • Your customer number, 
  • Your order number, 
  • The agricultural part reference, 
  • A photo of the part if necessary. 

Your branch will provide you with: 

  • The return address, 
  • Packaging instructions, 
  • The terms of coverage. 

Return costs may vary depending on the reason (ordering error, defective part, incompatibility…).

Timelines & refunds for your LANDA order

Processing times

Returns are generally processed within 5 to 10 working days, depending on the period (particularly during harvest season). 

Refund methods

Depending on the situation: 

  • Refund, 
  • Credit on your customer account, 
  • Replacement with an equivalent part (OEM, equipment manufacturer or LANDA alternative). 
  • For any urgent need, we can offer a LANDA alternative part, available quickly.
